Service providers
We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform, to store and manage the data you submit through our forms and to manage our communications with you.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes the request on our behalf, protects the form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), and keeps a technical copy of your submission for up to 180 days so that no request is lost if a system is temporarily unavailable.
These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is stored outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also share data where required by law, or with our professional advisers, such as legal counsel, where necessary.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
In general, we retain contact and enquiry data for as long as you remain a contact of ours or until you ask us to delete it. We review the data we hold periodically to ensure it is still relevant. The technical copy of form submissions held by our hosting provider is deleted automatically after 180 days.
Where we are required to keep certain data for legal or accounting reasons, we retain it for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See Section 8.
